Mother’s Day Wishes

Ten-Thirty Ministries is would like to send out its most heart-felt gratitude to all mothers around the world. We are thankful for the hard work, dedication, and the sacrifices that mothers everywhere make to provide better lives for their children. May God truly bless each of you on this, and every, day. Happy Mother’s Day.

Tonight’s Prayer

As you may have noticed, no prayer has been posted for this Saturday evening. For the past two weeks, much of my time has been spent at the hospital with my mother. This past Thursday night, we almost lost her, but the Lord heard the prayers of the faithful and intervened. She still has a long way to go, but, for now, we are taking things one day at a time.

Please keep my mother and my family in your prayers. No matter how dim the future looks, we know that the God who created the universe has the power to send healing to His children. May God richly bless you all.

Calling All Prayer Warriors

Calling All Prayer Warriors

Brothers and sisters in Christ. I am coming to you now with a prayer request. My mother has been in the hospital for over a week and I am asking you to lift her up to God, the Great Physician. The doctors have been struggling to regulate her blood pressure and it finally looks to be under control. They have now found multiple blood clots in her arms and one in her neck. She has had a scan to see if there are any in her brain. In addition, she is dealing with infection in her back. There are other issues as well.

I am now calling on the faithful to pray. Pray for healing, pray for strength, and lift up my family as well. We will definitely appreciate it.

Thanksgiving Day Prayer

Thanksgiving Day Prayer

Heavenly Father. On this day set aside for giving thanks, we thank You for the many blessings You have bestowed upon us. As we go about our day, keep us safe from harm while we travel here and there. Let our time with family be joyous moments filled with wonderful memories. May we be thankful for the food set before us and bless those who prepared it.

We pray, dear Lord, for those unable to be with their loved ones this Thanksgiving. Be with those in the hospitals and the nursing homes as well as those unable to leave their own beds. Be a comfort to them today. Ease their pain and let them know that You are with them. Bless those who are working today to care for them, and bless the families of those caregivers.

Keep safe those who protect us as we go about our day to day routine. Be with the police officers and the firemen and give them an uneventful day. Although they are easy targets for our anger and our frustration, Lord, we appreciate all they do to make sure we stay safe.

Be with our service men and women, both stateside and abroad, as they are away from family today. We pray a special prayer for those who are down range in harm’s way. Build a hedge around them, not only of Your love, but of our love and respect as well. Be with those military spouses who’s loved ones are deployed. We know many of them are separated not only from their spouses, but also from the rest of their families. Bless them for their sacrifices as well.

Above all else, O God, we are thankful for Your sacrifice. We thank You for the shed blood of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. And it is in His name we ask all these things. Amen.

4th Of July Greeting From Ten-Thirty Ministries

4th Of July Greeting

Happy 4th of July to all of our American readers, both at home and abroad. May God grant you safety wherever you are and keep His hands upon you while you travel. Let’s not forget sacrifices of the men and women who stood bravely in the face of tyranny. Armed with the knowledge that God would carry them through, they were willing to give up everything. And to those countries who gave aid to this fledgling nation during the War of Independence, thank you.

On this 4th of July, we also want to remind you that God has made a way to be free from the bondage of sin. True independence can be found today if you would only call upon the Lord and confess your sins.

God bless you all, and God bless America.

Baby Jensen Desperately Needs Prayer

A family is asking for fellow believers to call out to God on behalf of Baby Jensen. The little guy is only a few months old and has to have open heart surgery this Friday. His left coronary artery isn’t properly formed and is too small to be connected to his heart. It is causing a lack of blood flow. His mitral valve is letting blood leak back into his heart instead of pushing it out. Please pray that God intervenes and touches Baby Jensen.

We also ask that you pray for the family, as well. It is hard to imagine what they are going through at this time, but they are holding to their faith.

Computer Issues

Due to major computer issues, this morning’s post is–pardon the pun–going to be postponed. Hopefully, these issues will be resolved and we will be ready to go for this evening’s prayer. And speaking of prayer, I would greatly appreciate it if you said one for me.
